Is there a minimum/maximum number of guests needed to order catering?

There is a 50-person minimum to have servers on site. We are able to cater for up to 10,000 guests.

How long will servers be on site for my event?

Standard time on site is 3 hours and 4 hours for weddings. On site time can be added for an additional cost per hour.

When are final guest counts needed for my event?

Guests counts are needed no later than 10 days prior to event.

Are we able to provide our own plate ware?

Yes, our servers will take care of any china for an additional handling fee. You are welcome to provide your own disposables – please note that this will not change the pricing of your order.

Do the prices listed include tax?

Prices do not include sales tax, service charges, venue fees, or travel fees (when applicable).

Do you charge a service fee?

Yes, 18% of the subtotal before tax.

Do you provide tables and/or linens?

No, you will need to provide your own tables and linens for your event.

Do you provide cake cutting service?
